RETURNS ::: FOR WHEN YOUR PIECE IS DAMAGED
our pieces are handmade and quite delicate. We include repair kits with every piece. Have a look at our ‘LOVE IT’ page to see how best to treat your piece. We go through pretty strict quality control measures, so we’ll never send you something that isn't as perfect as we can make it.

THE 'NOT-SO-HAPPY PUPPY'S EXPRESS GUIDE' TO OUR RETURNS POLICY
- WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PARCEL (this is the date it is delivered to you as per our tracking records), EMAIL US on email@example.com with your invoice number/ name/ reason for return/ return address/ photographs of the damage and we’ll confirm your return via email along with a returns form. DO NOT send the piece to us before you hear from us.
- WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING OUR EMAIL - SEND THE PIECE(S) BACK along with the filled in returns form sent in the email. We are not responsible for loss of parcels so make sure you use a trustworthy courier service and keep the receipt with the tracking number. NOTE: Garments must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging, including the tags and repair kits. You are responsible for sending us the pieces back in the condition they were sent to you.
- WITHIN 7 DAYS OF US RECEIVING YOUR RETURN PACKAGE - we will send you a new piece(s) of the same order (style/ size/ colour) if available. If the same piece(s) is out of stock, you can either choose an item of equivalent value from our available stock or store credit (valid for 3 months) which will be issued to you within 7 days after we confirm that the piece(s) have been returned in good condition.
EXCHANGES :: FOR WHEN YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
we make a very limited number of pieces so exchanges become a bit tricky which is why we can’t offer them. so if you see something in the catalogue and are 95% sure you want it, we’d like to help you make up that nagging 5%.
